My family is full of alcoholics. I have been praying for years that they will stop drinking and draw close to God. Some have stopped, some have stopped and relapsed, some are currently in the process of destroying themselves, their family and setting up another generation of children to engage in this behavior. Please pray that whatever it is that causes them to ignore God and continue on with this addiction will be removed from them once and forever. That they will find their way back to their Heavenly Father and rejoice once again in His love. Help us to create a a home that is God centered. Please ask God to place a hedge of protection around us and bless us with anything we need to overcome these things. In Jesus name.
