I dreamt that I went to this place, almost like a bar. I remember it was dark inside. I was looking for my eye glasses. I couldn’t find them and no one would help me. I remember I got into my van and was driving around the place and it was wooded and I couldn’t see clearly because I didn’t have my glasses. I remembered I had an extra pair so I went to look for them. And then I found my new pair that I was looking for.

And also, that I was driving in circles around this place and I finally got out and away from there.

I believe your dream symbolizes you witnessing to some people who were not saved and were in a state of spiritual blindness. Their lack of spiritual receptiveness and faith hindered you from ministering to them effectively. You struggled with coming to terms with the realization of your inhibitions, but you eventually realized witnessing to them was going nowhere (due to their lack of spiritual receptiveness and faith), and you left their presence to resume focus, clarity and guidance.

Wow! I didn’t think of it that way! It makes a lot of sense. And what’s funny is I remember after this portion of the dream, I was at a new apartment, where it was bright and sunny out. And my parents were there.

Do you have a van in real life or was this in your dream. I ask because are you in Ministry in some way or thinking about getting involved?
Eye glasses helps one to have clearer, better vision. I don’t know if you are in the dark about some things and desire God to give you clearer vision/discernment in certain areas, but when you picked up the new glasses you could see. You were looking for old glasses but picked up new. This let’s me know God is going to give you a new perspective and new vision help you to see an old situation more clearly and give you vision in the dark (night vision). Pay attention to your dreams, as God still speaks thru dreams to give us important messages (Job 33:15-18)
