I had a dream where I was in an arena where they show cattle. I was at the very top and started to walk down the stairs to the arena gate. I saw a man in a white coat walking a cow around the arena and as I got to the gate of the arena the man with cow stopped right at the gate. As I looked at the cow, the skin on the side of the cow split open and rolled back. Inside the cow, everything- all the organs were pure gold. It was incredible. What does this mean?

It sounds to me you are on the wrong side of the dream forum here. You are the one to do the interpreting.
Your dreams are too grand to still be asking others. God has your answers and He is giving you these wonderful dreams to have a relationship with you.
