Dear MOP, I find myself frustrated ,the more I want to clear myself to hear the cloudier and louder it gets in my surroundings. While I fight hard to empty myself, work becomes heavier and decrease my abilities to hear. I feel like I am in a dessert and very far and lost.

I have seen a repetition of numbers and have been asking what the meaning would be, like 3333 4444 and most numbers 3 or4 times. I am unclear of the meaning of this.
