I believe that your Mum in the dream refers to the Holy Spirit. Reflect on two spiritual incidents/covenants in your life or it is a promise of what is to come. In addition, it might be an encouragement that you are crowned with His righteousness and this might have been shown to you perhaps if you were having some doubts or guilt. The first veil might suggest a long standing (antique) relationship with Him and the second that He is still with you.

I should add that the interpretation above was given assuming that the veils were white. A different colour would warrant a different interpretation 🙂
