My cat was dying that day and as I laid my head on my pillow I closed my eyes as I was crying. Immediately I saw Jesus holding my cat with me beside them walking towards the light. It was a dark tunnel we were walking through towards the light. I couldn’t see Jesus’ face, but I knew it was Him.

When I opened my eyes I questioned myself did this just happen?? As the days went on and then weeks, my cat became much better. I had brought him to the emergency room and he was treated with kidney disease.

How was this so vivid to me just closing my eyes? I felt like I was outside of my body watching Jesus holding my cat and myself waking together towards the light. What does this mean? Did I really see Jesus? Does Jesus come to people in visions? I’ve never spoken with anyone else who has seen Jesus.

      Hello Scarlett,

Thank you for sharing your dream/vision with us. Please take everything that I share to the Holy Spirit as He Alone gives the accurate interpretation.

It sounds like this might have been a vision/or actual encounter. The dark tunnel represented the “dark” time that you were going through and a play of words that there is light at the end of the tunnel. Our Lord Jesus will do whatever He wants to do to reach His children and even those who do not believe in Him and/or disobedient. That is how much He loves every human being. Our genuine tears touch him and moves Him to act; read John 11 as an example of many. He wanted to comfort and encourage you and chose to use the method that you described. Hallelujah! I’m glad that your cat is doing better.

      Shalom!

Thank you for helping me understand my encounter with Christ. I really do believe it was an encounter. I did learn something about Jesus I didn’t know before with my encounter with Him. Jesus goes to the Father to ask Him if He would answer our prayers. Before this, I never understood who I should pray to, if it should be to Jesus or God. It’s all making more sense to me now. I seriously got a visual of what Jesus does with prayer. It’s incredible. Glory be to God! Amen!

      Hello Scarlett,

May Yahweh Alone be praised. Your comment “Jesus goes to the Father to ask Him if He would answer our prayers” made me pause. Kindly elaborate on what you mean to ensure that I and others understand what you are saying. Thanks!

      Shalom!
