Please touch and agree with me for the restoration of my Covenant Marriage. My husband divorced me over a year ago and now he just got engaged to another woman.

He knows my heart and commitment for our marriage for life as representatives of Jesus Christ. He claims salvation and is a Praise and Worship leader in his parent’s church. I thank God that he will convict my husband of abandoning his marital vow and commitment to our Marriage. I pray that his love relationship with Christ Jesus will be established on solid ground and that I am experiencing the Miracle of a restored Marriage in the mighty name of Christ Jesus!

Thank you in advance for your prayers!!!!

      Janine,

I feel your broken heart. Go on a fast. Ask God to give you dreams and show you a picture of your future. Then turn your heart and your mind to what God will show you for your future.

Bind the spirit of witchcraft. You are divorced. There is a reason for that. You don’t want to pray against the will of God for your life because that would be witchcraft. (1 Samuel 15:23) “For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry.”

Yes, divorce is not the will of God. Yes, remarriage is if your spouse has not died is adultery BUT sometimes God will do things to remove someone from your life. He is God and he can do anything to fulfill His plan for your life.

Release your ex husband to God. Focus on your own restoration and healing of the wounds in your heart and your soul. Submit yourself to God. Focus on God and don’t make an idol out of your ex husband.

I don’t know if your husband returning to you is the will of God. Therefore, I can’t pray for that. What I can pray is that God will show you your future (Jeremiah 29:11-13) and that you will embrace God’s plan for your life. That your broken heart will be healed and you will be restored so that you can receive the healing that God has for you. IF it is God’s will he will return, if not…you must move on.

Thy will be done, they Kindgom come on earth as it is in heaven.

IF, and this is IF God shows you that you ex husband is not a part of your future then you need to pray that the soul ties are broken so you can move forward for what God has for you. Do this when you are ready.

      Blessings

Thanks for taking the time to pray for God’s perfect will in my life.
The word of God clearly states that reconciliation is his heart for a husband and wife. (1 Cor 7:10-11). This is what I am praying for God’s perfect will for a husband and wife to honor their wedding vows til death do they part. I don’t agree that I should give up on my husband.
The bible says to pray fervently, and I am praying according to His written word. Divorce is the enemy’s plan but according to the word of God and the heart of God, the will of God is for my husband to repent of lusting after another woman and for him to be a Man of God who keeps his marriage covenant with the wife of his youth. I may be divorced in man’s eyes but in the eyes of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, my husband and I are still in covenant until death do we part according to scriptures (Luke 16:18 and Mathew 19:9).

I will continue to pray and fast that God’s perfect will be done in both my covenant spouse and I. I do believe that as long as my Covenant spouse is still alive and breathing that I am to pray that he will repent and turn his heart and life back to God.
I agree that I do not need to make an idol out of my husband but I should continue to pray for his soul to be saved and for him to be a godly man, godly husband, and father. I believe as his covenant wife that I am to pray for his deliverance from satan’s plan.

I would never stop or give up on my natural child and how much more should I never give up on God saving my covenant spouse for we are one flesh. We are no longer two but one flesh according to the word of God. I am all for God’s perfect will as it lines up with his word.

“Anyone who divorces his wife and marries another woman commits adultery, and the man who marries a divorced woman commits adultery. Luke 16:18
1 Corinthian 10:7, To the married I give this command (not I, but the Lord): A wife must not separate from her husband. 11 But if she does, she must remain unmarried or else be reconciled to her husband. And a husband must not divorce his wife.…

Thank you for sharing about praying and fasting because that is a powerful tool against the enemy. I have a cousin who divorced his wife but ended up remarrying her because the Lord convicted him of keeping his vows. I know that what I am believing God for seems impossible to many but I want be the first nor the last that God will show up and show out in his omnipotent power to heal and restore covenant marriages!!! Hallelujah to our God who is able to do what man see as impossible, all things are possible through Christ Jesus!

Love you my Sister in Christ and i pray that my sharing will be a blessing and encouragement to someone else!!!!

Thank you for sharing! We are praying for you and would love you to come back and give us a testimony on how the Lord led you through this process. I’m sure it will help others who may be in a similar situation and may feel conflicted on how they should proceed. Be blessed!
