Floods

I have had two different dreams of driving a car with my mom as passenger and everywhere was really terrible flooding, in the last one there were caskets floating down the meadows and people in boats were trying to recover them so they would not be lost.

Flooding generally means tough times ahead when the flood is rough and raging, but if you survived the flood, you will be helped to overcome your obstacles.
Caskets generally mean sadness if they were holding other people, but if you were in the casket it means good luck ahead.

I believe that the interpretation for you dream lies here ” people in boats were trying to recover them so they would not be lost.” This represents Christ followers ministering to save people from being “lost.” In other words, evangelizing as the Holy Spirit leads to prevent judgement.
