I dreamt I was drinking alcohol with a bunch of people that I don’t know. It was night time. Looked like I was in a hall that wasn’t bright however there were light but a bit yellowish. I wanted to drink more grabbed a bottle (orangish colour) that showed it was 40% vol but one of the people I was with yelled at me and said to stop drinking that I had enough already. I then straight away looked at the time it was 12.35am and thought I need to go home and was worried that I want in a position to drive. I ask someone if they have breath test to check my alcohol level (answer was no). Then a girl comes to me and asks to me smell something to test my alcohol level, I smell that and because I could smell it she said I’m all good.
      What does this all mean?

Just to clarify I drink alcohol on social occasions only, the last time I had a drink was at work Christmas lunch and had only 2 drinks.

Hilda, please pray and ask the Holy Spirit to give you the correct interpretation. Also that He must highlight anything for you that must be highlighted.

The dream is a warning not to be influenced (alcohol weakens alterness)by circumstances (darkness), events, people or ideas that are unfamiliar and not from God. Trust that you will hear God’s voice and that He will guide you. The nose represents discernment – ask the Holy Spirit to give you a deeper sense of discernment to discern (see and hear) what is from the Lord and what is not – especially in this season where wrong is labelled as “right” and right is labelled as “wrong”.

      Blessings
