A Pregnancy in the spirit can also mean pregnant with a ministry, a new business, a new job, a new creative idea. God is getting ready to birth something in your life. If you are already holding the baby it means that it is already birth and in its infancy. Ask God to show you what the baby signifies and then you need to nurture it.
