Thank you for sharing your dream with us. Please take everything that I share to the Holy Spirit as He Alone gives the accurate interpretation.
I suggest that you read it gradually and ask the Holy Spirit to highlight what He is telling you. Sometimes a scripture is given as an answer to something that we’ve been praying about or for directional purposes. As an example, someone I know was lamenting the state of a country in real life and was asking God about it. He got a vision (or perhaps a dream) that said “Habakkuk.” He read it and got his answer.
