So from the first dream, i believe you have/had consumed alot of knowledge/wisdom from influential people of the world, it filled you up, but it was not beneficial to you. So the lord is leading/has lead you to a season of cleansing and deliverance (when you went to the toilet) And when you came out of that season in the second dream, he will be directing you to your promised land, but you will need childlike faith(for the presence of the kids) to receive this promise. I believe the presence of your friend, is that God will supply people who want the best for you, to guide you and be a good example to help you accomplish the will of God over your life.
