Perhaps, your actual old co-worker or someone with a similar name as your old co-worker is “sick” and needs encouragement. Deuteronomy 30:3 and Jeremiah 30:3 (both have the same message) is the word of encouragement needed for that “co-worker” to “heal” and restore them.
