What does the neck mean to you? Pray about this. I think of the neck supporting/directing the head and connecting to the body. Perhaps, it is a metaphor suggesting that you feel “separated” from yourself, perhaps feeling overwhelmed and fear breaking down and/or burnout. The side of the tear left or right could be significant to the meaning of the dream in the sense that it is referring to something current (right) or the future (left/front).
