Thank you for sharing your dream with us. Please take everything that I share to the Holy Spirit as He Alone gives the accurate interpretation.
This has to do with a scenario in your current life of someone attacking you possibly verbally or doing some other untoward behaviour as you are minding your own business. The dream shows that their words/or action(bullets) will boomerang on them including whoever in authority that you think should support you. Praise the Lord and be encouraged and don’t fear. I am also reminded of Jeremiah 54:17. Claim it and walk in Galatians 5:22-23
