I agree with the response given. God does speak to me through numbers. The numbers have meaning, but most of the time the numbers lead to scripture so that I can get the revelation of what the God is saying to me. I know 11 is also associated to the prophetic. You have to be really sensitive to the things happening in your life spiritually as well as naturally. Ask Holy Spirit to give you the revelation and a confirmation
