What do you think that the Lord is saying now based on the time interval (between when you had the dream, posted it, and currently) and what you were praying for specifically?
Unless the butterflies are made to be white that is not a usual colour. Perhaps whatever the butterflies represented are being caged and not being released to be who and what they are met to be. They could also be in a maturing/preparation process.
