It depends on a number of things and if the dream had people performing good or bad actions/movements. Some dreams are warnings, alerting you about what the enemy is planning. Such dreams can be averted by prayer, spiritual warfare, repentance if applicable, etc. On the other hand, some are just God giving you intel/information of what will happen regardless of your actions. Going by your description, it appears to be a prophetic dream. I ask you this rhetorical question for your own reflection. Who do you think is the source of the dream, the Holy Spirit, the enemy, or from self?
