I’m not 100% clear but feel like the #7 is not literal but metaphorical as in representing maturity/completion/perfection. A bell sounds an alarm for good or bad. There is something God has be instructing you to do and it is time. I did a quick research and 7 bells also appears to be an expression used in the marine world to represent crisis and rescue if my comprehension is accurate. May the Holy Spirit give you clarity and courage to obey in Jesus’s Almighty Name I pray, Amen!
