This prophetic word is based on 2 Timothy 2:1-7.
Actually, you are the one that will come up with the message because the Lord has instructed me just to give you this same scripture in 3 different versions of the bible.
After you read it, you will for sure see what He is trying to tell you. Last week I showed you how to meditate on scripture and these would be awesome to apply to this discipline.
2 Timothy 2:1-7 AMP
So you, my son, be strong [constantly strengthened] and empowered in the grace that is [to be found only] in Christ Jesus. 2 The things [the doctrine, the precepts, the admonitions, the sum of my ministry] which you have heard me teach in the presence of many witnesses, entrust [as a treasure] to reliable and faithful men who will also be capable and qualified to teach others. 3 Take with me your share of hardship [passing through the difficulties which you are called to endure], like a good soldier of Christ Jesus. 4 No soldier in active service gets entangled in the [ordinary business] affairs of civilian life; [he avoids them] so that he may please the one who enlisted him to serve. 5 And if anyone competes as an athlete [in competitive games], he is not crowned [with the wreath of victory] unless he competes according to the rules. 6 The hard-working farmer [who labors to produce crops] ought to be the first to receive his share of the crops. 7 Think over the things I am saying [grasp their application], for the Lord will grant you insight and understanding in everything.

But as for you, my child, be empowered by the grace that is in Jesus, the Anointed One. 2 Whatever you heard me teach before an audience of witnesses, I want you to pass along to trustworthy people who have the ability to teach others too. 3 As a good soldier of Jesus the Anointed, be ready to suffer with me. 4 Remember that soldiers on active duty don’t get wrapped up in civilian matters because they want to satisfy those who recruited them. 5 Look at it another way: if someone competes as an athlete, he won’t win the race and be crowned with the wreath if he breaks the rules. 6 And the farmer who exhausts himself in the field should be the first to taste his harvest. 7 Think about what I am telling you, and let the Lord give you clarity on all of it.

Discipline and Discipleship!
To be disciplined in the word of God in how we conduct our lives and to do our primary job – making disciples.
What a beautiful word and so on time . I can relate to this word . I believe I have been so focused on the world to be quite honest. God has shown me what I need to be doing and I said yes both in the church and in the marketplace – teaching and empowering others. But because of the challenges of what He asked me to do, I have been looking at plan B and have been so focused on others and how they have done it . As a result I have been discouraged, confused and nearly wanting to give up. But His silent voice has been telling me to focus on Him and what He has asked me to do – stay in my line literally and be the faithful soldier. If I stay faithful I will be the first to reap those rewards and it will also go to those that I teach. It’s been a humbling experience going back to the drawing back and repenting so I can fully focus on what he wants me to war for and trust Him . This word has been powerful and thank you for sharing.
Be strong and empowered by the Grace that is in Christ Jesus–the Flesh cannot endure and is not capable of running this race, much less winning it. What you begin the the Spirit cannot be completed by having confidence in the flesh, which will be expressed in your choice of words and actions, and these will disqualify you as they break the rules of God’s way and Word. Pleasing God and trusting Him is the sole motivator to bring the strength, wisdom and understanding needed to finish well.
Thank you MOP for this posting and thank you for teaching on meditation. I share it with my children and they are applying it and they said it is easy and they understand how God answer questions. I agree with them. You are a blessing. I am seriously going through my warfare and God has been good, patient, tolerance and kind to me and my family during my battle. When I come through and when he permits me I will share with you what I went through and how real and scary it is but God is faithful and true that he does not allow me to be afflicted more than I can bear. In regards to the 2Timothy2:1-7, two of them stood out to me. The first one is about passing along the teachings to others who will teach others. I wanted to share your prophetic message about the housing market to a Christian friend of mine but hesitated because I have got into trouble with the Lord before for sharing things that was meant for me and because of this, I hesitated and asked for him to confirm before I share, and this is my confirmation to go ahead and do it.
The other one is the one that says I should not entangled myself with this world life problem. After meditating and asking God how is this possible, a political problem that arose from my country ( Sierra Leone’s) few days ago came into mind and I realized I should indeed step out of that politics zone. I found myself praying for my country but at the same time searching online on how things are going and gets me talking, venting and speaking of things I guess not pleasing to my recruiter( Jesus). So with this knowledge I pray to for Him to untie me and let me focus on my spiritual warfare. This is what I have to share, thank you and God bless you all once more.
God has recruited us and we are to do our Fathers Business and stick to it. Also we are to teach others what God teaches us.

We are in spiritual warfare. Our orders will come from the Lord. Wait for Him. Seek His counsel.
Isaiah 30:1-26
“ Look at it another way: if someone competes as an athlete, he won’t win the race and be crowned with the wreath if he breaks the rules.” 2 Timothy 2:5
That thing the Lord has asked you to lay down, give up, stop doing, that thing you are holding on to.. that little last thing. You don’t understand why you have to give it up because other Christians you know are able to have it/do it…and it isn’t a bad thing. Yet, He keeps asking you to give it up…time and time again..and for a while now but you simply haven’t laid it down. Maybe out of fear or simply lack of knowledge of who the Lord is (His love).
It’s a rule He set for you. It is for a greater purpose that can’t be seen right now.. it is a boundary He has set so you can be successful in your race. You could keep it and still run but you won’t be victorious if you do. You don’t know the outcome only He does and I have to lay it down. It is time, no more delaying.

‘Grace’ & Gospel
As Paul starts, You therefore; 2 Tim 2;1 (addressing Chp 1) , I was led to pay attention his words beforehand. The message of ‘unfeigned belief’ that has been passed down in Timothy’s generation is key to Timothy’s future service. (and ours) Paul sees this ‘generational’ gift in Timothy, he brings this to his remembrance. (speak good reports) He is encouraging Timothy to understand that this ‘grace’ this gift has been bestowed upon him also by Yah. These encouraging words spoken by the Holy Spirit through Paul are vital to endure the depth of sufferings as a soldier, no matter how deep it is.
Words are powerful tools, (good and bad), a good word will endure over fear, with love and power and a sound mind, to be partakers of the afflictions of the Gospel ; good news.
As husbandman we reap what we sow, (labor) even in our thoughts and our words, what we sow we partake of first, teaching others to partake of the same.
Money (loss or gain) often misguides our mindful intentions, it is a easy trap to slip into. The love of money is the enemies tool to dissuade us from truth, of our purpose here, as bondservants of Our Lord. It is easy to be blinded from God’s glory if our eyes are fixed on the things of this world, we can be influenced to be lovers of life rather than lovers of God (people pleasers)
Timothy is charged to continually consider Pauls words, teach them to faithful men, warning to not get caught up in the ways of the world (society) man (people) pleasers. We are to ‘call to our remembrance daily’ this concept, to be strong in that ‘grace’ bestowed upon us in fighting the ‘good’ fight.
Never to forget…… the simple message, share the good news of the gospel, i.e; be the light, be different. Have the mind of Christ, (armor) praying constantly without ceasing to be strong on the front lines and be certain you know those in your troop are able to serve alongside and not hinder or quench the Holy Spirit.

This is spot on! We are to live and lead by example, I believe the reason for so much distortion of the Word of God is the failure to commit the teachings to reliable and faithful people, the question is; how reliable and faithful are you that want to commit these teachings to others. That discipline starts with us before we can find like minded people that can also teach others. An undisciplined soldier cannot train out disciplined soldiers! As soldiers of Christ, we must separate wheat from chaff, it is not all religious issues that we need to waste our time on, we choose Kingdom affairs with a sense of urgency.
It is not every effort that has a reward, a seeming winner can be disqualified at the end notwithstanding his efforts if it is found that he broke the rules. We have seen this happen in Olympic games and other competitions where a winner is dispossessed of their titles once it is discovered that they broke some rules, I then wonder why I would work hard for nothing. It then follows that we always need to consider our ways at every interval to make sure that the crown doesn’t elude us in any way, in the same way, once we work hard, staying on our lanes, we are sure to be the first partakers of the blessings from there. God is that faithful! All we do must be to the pleasure of the Most High who gives us strength and clarity to succeed. God bless you MOP for this word.
This is amazing. The Lord told me earlier this week not to read commentary or listen to evangelists online but just to listen to his word. He said if I feel at a loss, and want to listen online, I should find recordings of the Bible and listen to those. When I read your email I was rejoicing all morning to know He is endorsing your ministry to me in this way.
I have also been praying for my mission. These instructions have given me the answers. He is telling me as I type this, the harvest is great and more workers are needed! Some of us are called to teach. You are surely greatly anointed to this task. “Feed my lambs”. (John 21:15-17)

The Scripture passage in this prophetic word is really at the point encouraging me to go ahead with the mission of setting some matters straight with some servants in the Body of Christ in our locality, the Lord showed me it is a kind of lawlessness taking root subtly in the church.
First I thought just to distance myself from them but when I was from one of their ordination ceremonies in a vision I heard that I am supposed to discuss this with them. But imagine these are bishops who to them are the ones looked upon to give spiritual direction. But what I saw them do in the time of the ordination is spiritually erroneous for they are using the fats from the animal sacrifice in the process of the ordination something that even in the mosaic law was not there, and even if it was there the death and the resurrection of Jesus Christ has fulfilled all that was required to in the mosaic law we are under the dispensation of the fullness of God’s grace by faith there is no need of an animal sacrifice to earn his approval unless of some demonic attachment.
So I am praying for the spirit of love, wisdom, and mildness to envelop me as I take this message to these servants of God in due time, and for God to magnify the truth for their assimilation to set free those who have been veiled from the truth of the word of God. So please pray for God’s grace in this matter that I may get the utterance at the proper time. At the moment regarding their status in society, I am just a believer with no theological training So they may dismiss the report. However, let God’s will take place. Amen.

I need to stay the course, and not lose hope. God has not left me through all of these hardships. God is with me fighting this warfare I’ve been in for the last month. I am not fighting these battles in vain, but for a purpose that is beyond my understanding.
It has already sprung forth! This was the new thing the LORD was doing in my life! I began to impart unto others that they may be able to impart the word u to others too… to the glory of God Amen
I see that soldiers do not get involved in civilian matters. This is what I’ve been learning for the past six months. Pray the results God wants to see in the earth. I have been taught not to pray in the mud or about each atrocity that happens. That is merely the devil keeping us distracted and busy. So now I speak Gods words in prayer and I thank Him that all the mountains have already been moved in Jesus name!
