Prophetic Word – That was then, This is Now

prophetic word that was then this is now

This prophetic word is titled That was then, This is now.

Can you feel stillness in the air?  It’s like a pregnancy of some sorts.  But, my gut says it’s not good.  Have you seen the prophetic word for 2021/5781?  There’s no need for you to be worried or fearful when you are walking in the will of God.  Please keep this in mind

This is a long one and in separate parts. I’ve put a line between each so you know where one section ends and the other begins.  I hope you like parables and analogies!  Every time I tried to remove a piece of it, I ended up putting it back in because it needed to be there.  It felt disjointed but then in the in the end when I got to the last part it made sense.

Later the Lord showed me why it felt mismatched.  Imagine you are standing at the point of the crossover and people are coming through the door into their promised land.  Because we are all different and at different stages the advice to each person is different.

Either all of this is for you, parts of it, or absolutely none of it. Ask the Lord.  I can’t tell you where you are or what season you are in.  Actually, NO prophetic voice can do that.  You need to find this out on your own with the Holy Spirit.  You are NOT going to be able to navigate this new land without the Holy Spirit.  This is the season to take the land so you are going to need the Holy Spirit to tell you go to the left or to the right.  You CANNOT hold the prophetic voices responsible if you made the wrong turn.  That is between you and God.

This is all about your personal relationship with Jesus Christ.  Prophetic words are not to take the place of your hearing from God for yourself. They are supposed to confirm what you already know and fill in a few missing pieces.  They are directional but you should already know what direction you are headed in from the Lord.  If you do not know Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior this will be one of the most difficult times for you.  You need to know Jesus.  If  you stepped away from the Lord, you need to return.  If you are not sure you have the Holy Spirit, you need to zero in on that.  Here is a prayer for all of you.

————-

Prayer:  Holy Spirit, please bring clarity so when I read these words I immediately know which part if for me and which part it not.  Guide me on how to apply this to my life, in Jesus name, Amen.

Here’s what you need to know…the blessings are flowing like a river from heaven.  There are people experiencing UNBELIEVABLE blessings right now!  God is confirming that His hand is upon their lives/businesses/ministry/churches by blessing their directions left and right. They have warfare, because there are giants in the land, but victory is sure.

There are others who are in their land but they brought over demons with them and they are being tormented and they are confused.  Why?  Because they didn’t cut them off when they should’ve from the past season.  So now they are fighting the giants in the land, plus their demons.  And they don’t know which is which.

There are those that are still outside the gates hemming and hawing over cutting people off, places, attitudes and behaviors. If no decision is made very soon there is about to be a wave of judgement that is about to happen outside that fence.

———-

You cannot eat from the table of Elijah and the table of Jezebel at the same time.  It leads to confusion.  If God tells you to back up off of the prophetic words, then back up off them.  Including this one and all the prophetic words on this site! We’re not excluding ourselves here.  It is about you being obedient to the Lord.

If you come on to this site next week and the word is about the blessings that God is giving to His people and you don’t understand why that is not being manifested in your life that is because that word is not for you…. yet.  You have to be obedient to what the Lord is telling you to do.  If you are still connected to individuals and ministries that are bringing witchcraft into your home, it is not going to happen for you. Because they are going to make sure that none of those blessings reach you.  Do you understand?  They are devouring your blessings while it is still in the realm of the spirit before it manifests in the natural.  Cut them off.

But, It’s my own family members…cut them off.

Are you getting the picture now?  Or, you can keep them and never see God’s blessings manifested in your life.  Your choice.  If you think this sounds super cold.  Here is a scripture for you…

Matthew 10:34-39 “Do not think that I came to bring peace on earth. I did not come to bring peace but a sword. 35 For I have come to ‘set a man against his father, a daughter against her mother, and a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law’; 36 and ‘a man’s enemies will be those of his own household.’ 37 He who loves father or mother more than Me is not worthy of Me. And he who loves son or daughter more than Me is not worthy of Me. 38 And he who does not take his cross and follow after Me is not worthy of Me. 39 He who finds his life will lose it, and he who loses his life for My sake will find it.

It’s not cold, it’s bible. Jesus is the lamb but He is also the LION.  Following Jesus is costly.  If you’ve tried to minister to your family members and they are just not receiving it, you have to cut them off.  Especially if you find out that they are the source of the witchcraft that is happening in your life.

The season of you coddling them is over.  That was then, this is now.

You’re on YouTube and you get a check in your spirit and you know you shouldn’t be watching someone’s video but it keeps coming up on your feed, if you put your mouse to the right of the the video, or right under it you will notice 3 dots, scroll over the dot and click “not interested”  you won’t see them again.

Cut them off.

You cannot cut them off today and then next week they call you to attend a conference or prayer meeting and there you are congregating with them again. No!  You would just be inviting them back in.  Yes, it is tough but you have to be tougher.  You have to think about what is at stake here.  If you know this is you, ask God what this would look like for you.  What are the steps you need to take and follow through with that.

————-

(1 Corinthians 13:11 NLT) “When I was a child, I spoke, thought, and reasoned in childlike ways as we all do. But when I became a man, I left my childish ways behind.”

Parable/Analogy

When I was a child if I soiled (sin) my diaper at 1 year old my mother (Holy Spirit) would clean it for me.  When I was 1.5 – 2 years old I was being potty trained so that I could learn to use the toilet, and clean up myself.  She would check to make sure I was doing it correctly because I was in training.  By the time I am 5 years old, I no longer soiled my pants because I know when I need to go (I’m about to step into sin) and I make sure to go to the toilet and relieve myself.  I know how to handle these situations by myself and I don’t need my mom telling me when to go to the bathroom (repentance) and what to do to avoid a mess (the consequences of unrepented sin).  If I walk around with a soiled pants too long then there are bound to be bugs and flies following me eventually(demons).

*Tip – if you dream of going to the bathroom to use the toilet or take a shower it means repentance.  You go to the bathroom to get rid of waste from your body and to cleanse yourself.  This is how you deal with sin in dream language.

Another one…

When I was a child and we would go to the store and pull into the parking lot, my mom (Holy Spirit) would need to get out first come around to my seat and take me out of the car seat, while holding my hand, so that I wouldn’t run out into traffic and get myself killed.  I had to wait for Her to do it. As I got older I was told, use the crosswalk when available (safety mechanism in place) when crossing the street look left, look right, look left again, all clear?  Cross the street.  After a while, she didn’t need to tell me this anymore.  I get it now!  When I am in a potentially dangerous situation (unfamiliar environment), I don’t need to be told to pay attention, I just do it.  If I don’t pay attention, there are vehicles out there which could run me over, cause injury or possibly kill me.  Most of those drivers don’t intend to kill me but it happens…because I wasn’t paying attention.

(Hebrews 5:12-14) “By this time, you ought to be teachers yourselves, yet I feel like you want me to reteach you the most basic things that God wants you to know. It’s almost like you’re a baby again, coddled at your mother’s breast, nursing, not ready for solid food. No one who lives on milk alone can know the ins and outs of what it means to be righteous and pursue justice; that’s because he is only a baby. But solid food is for those who have come of age, for those who have learned through practice to distinguish good from evil.”

Another parable….

When I was a child, my mom would breast feed me.  As I got older she would blend the food into a puree and feed it to me.  She made sure that she would feed me a lot of vegetables in puree form so that I would get used to eating things that were nutritious for my body and GROWTH but don’t necessarily taste pleasing to the palate.  If all she gave me was candy and pureed grapes (ear tickling messages) I wouldn’t grow.  I would be malnourished.  Fat, yet malnourished.   I learned to love vegetables because it was given to me from a young age.  By the time I had teeth (maturity and wisdom), I was given solid food to eat.

What I realized as I got older was that, I didn’t really like meat, I was more of a chicken and fish person.  So not every form of protein is for me.  Through discernment, and looking at a protein before I start eating it, I know if it is for me or not.  Some people are vegan so immediately they know if something is for them or not.  It’s all good but not because it’s good means it’s for you.

I no longer need my food pureed, and I no longer drink breast milk.  But I also don’t eat every meat (prophetic words & teaching & preaching) because some of it is just not for me. It’s for someone else, just not for me.  I also can look at something or smell it and know if it is good or not.

I don’t eat from everybody.  I look at how clean your kitchen and bathroom is and that’s how I determine if you are clean enough to serve me food.  I discern a thing before I decide to consume it.

I learnt this from my mother.  She no longer needs to tell me this, because I’m an adult.  I’m grown.  I know better.  As a matter a fact, we now just look at each other across the room and we know what that means.  And, as she would say sometimes “not even a cup of water”  Meaning she wouldn’t even drink a glass of water at your house.

Summary: I know when I’ve done something wrong and I need to repent.  If I don’t, it is an open door and the enemy is sure to use it. I know when to move out on things because I pray and Holy Spirit tells me to stop or go.  If I move at the wrong time bad things can happen. Sometimes it takes faith and courage to navigate through a season but once God says yes I know it will happen.  I’ve learnt how to discern when something is good or bad.  Even if it’s a tough message and I don’t necessarily like hearing it, I realize God will send things my way to challenge me to grow.  It can’t always be a message of blessing, that is just unrealistic.  There are many voices out there some are good but not necessarily for me.  Some are bad sent by the enemy to throw me off course or cause me to fixate on a promise, miss the leading of the Lord, and lead me into idolatry.  I know the difference by inspecting the fruit.  I’m not a trash can that just allows everything thrown into it.  I have to protect my spirit. If you put one spoiled fruit in a bin with good ones eventually the one spoil fruit will ruin the others.

—————-

Another parable….

You can have several children in the same household, raised by the same mother (Holy Spirit) and all of them are different.  They remember things differently. Things affect each child differently.  They are unique and special in their own way.  None is greater than the other, they all have purpose.

One child can have shell fish, while another cannot. They are allergic to crustaceans.  Others have a nut or dairy allergy. If they try to eat the same thing as what the others are eating they get sick.  It can even lead to death. While as a child this was hard, as they get older they realize it is not such a big deal because there are other things they can enjoy.

Through it all they know that they are different.  While others can get away with it, they can’t.  They are special.

Some are going to be administrators, doctors, lawyers, stay at home moms, cashiers, house cleaners, nail technicians.  We love them all and we need them. (1 Corinthians 12:12-26)

Each one has a different training that they have to undergo to fulfill their job.  Some are required to do things that others are not.  It has to do with what they will ultimately end up doing in life.  Their calling.

As such, God may require you to do something completely different from those who are around you. You need to embrace your individuality and stand strong in what God has asked you to do, even if it means being different.  You need to be ok with being different.  You may even get rejected because of it but that’s OK shortly God will put His stamp of approval on you and the world will see it.  And then, they will laud your uniqueness.

Psalm 139:14 I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well.

There are three houses on fire but each house is on fire for a different reason.  Therefore, the occupants have to respond based on their situation.

1 – is on fire because the Lord is making that place uncomfortable so that the person can leave.  It’s time to go.

2 – is on fire because God put them in that fire to purify them, remove attitudes, behaviors, emotional outburst and responses that are not good. Therefore, leaving would be a big mistake because you are being purified.  If you jump out of the frying pan you are going to end up in the fire which means the next place will be worse. Glean what God is trying to teach you. Don’t run. Change.

3 – is on fire because it is the zeal of the Lord, it’s been purified and now it is pure and holy.  That Fire of God is actually your protection.  You need to stay in that place because no demon can come there.  Anything that is not of God will not be able to enter His Holy Fire.

prophetic word that was then this is nowBefore Samson came on the scene the Lord told his parents how he was supposed to be raised.  A Nazarite from birth (Judges 13:5)

What is the Nazarite vow?  A life separated and holy unto God, Don’t cut your hair, don’t drink alcohol or eat grape products, don’t touch a dead body. (Numbers 6:1-8)

These are all visible things.  It would be impossible for anyone to be around a Nazarite for any period of time and not recognize it.

Unless Delilah was blind, how is it she didn’t notice it? With these visible signs of a Nazarite vow it would be impossible for her or anyone else not to know the source of his strength, right??  Unless…

Compromise

He eats honey out of a lion’s carcass – compromise (Judges 14:8-9)

He married the Philistine and slept with prostitutes – compromise (Judges 14:3)

Gets married and has 30 Philistines companions at his wedding “feast” – what do you think he was drinking and eating at the feast with new found companions?? – compromise (Judges 14:10-11)

So, of the 4 parts to a Nazarite vow, Samson compromised on 3 of them.  Now do you understand why Delilah couldn’t figure out that it was his hair??

He didn’t look like a Nazarite.  He didn’t act like a Nazarite.  He broke all the rules with the exception of one.

All Delilah saw was a man drinking wine, munching on grapes, touching dead things, married to her, a Philistine, wearing a massive man bun! It’s over 20 years of hair growth.

When Samson, realized that he didn’t drop dead or lose his strength after eating that honey from the carcass, he just kept going. Unrepentant. He broke one rule after the other.  He was bold with his sin. He compromised so much that he lost sight (literally) of who he was.

He was unrecognizable.

That’s why Delilah couldn’t see it.  When you have gathering at your home how long does it take you to figure out who drinks alcohol, who doesn’t eat pork and who is a vegetarian?  You know that right away.  But here it is his wife didn’t even know.  He had to tell her he was a Nazarite years later.  She realized that he had broken every rule and the hair was just the last straw. He looked and acted like a Philistine.  Other Nazarites in the bible were the prophet Samuel and John the Baptist, so that should offer some contrast on his life compared to theirs.  The gifts are without repentance, so he could easily act in his gift and still be completely far from God.

God is so gracious to us that He gives us chances over and over again.  But sometimes when we get away with our sin the first time, without consequences, we become emboldened.  We stop going to the bathroom.  We quench the Holy Spirit to the point that we can no longer feel our mother tapping us on the shoulder telling us not to do something.

Do not mistake the grace of God in one season for God’s endorsement of your sin.  Your sin will find you out.

Instead, of changing and returning to God, he creates an environment where he feels comfortable continuing to compromise.  Until.

Moses didn’t enter the promised land because of his anger issues.  This didn’t just start in the wilderness because the Israelites were irritating him.  No, he was angry for a long time. He killed an Egyptian and he got away with it, remember? Instead of accepting responsibility for his own anger issues, he just shifted the blame to others “look, what you made me do?!”  (Deuteronomy 1:37, 3:26, 4:21) So, he kept going.  Until.

Some of our attitudes that we refuse to accept responsibility for will cost us big.

Yes, I know sometimes people can get on your last nerve but you are responsible for how you respond.  Selah.  You can’t blame them for that.  Just look around you.  Everything has changed.  God needs a new church.  A different one. Not the one that looks and acts just like the world.  He needs an authentic church.  One where when people see you they know you are different.  Because you look like your Father.

Some of the most ugly interactions I’ve seen happened during the election season and the beginning of COVID and it was coming from the church.  It was so vile and hateful.  And, it’s still continuing.  We have turned people off because of our behavior and attitudes.  You can still continue to remain “right” in what you believe and treat people with respect and kindness.

Only 50% of Christians are now a member of or associated with a church. And, this is not because of COVID, it was declining for years now.  As an unsaved person, why would you go to church if the church looks like the world?

We have become unrecognizable.

We look like them.  How do you handle the people you don’t agree with?  Do not lose your identity.

You know when God told Abraham to leave his relatives and go to a land where He would show him, Abraham had Lot along for the journey.  Is Lot not a relative?  Yes, but there he was along for the ride.  Lot was a problem.  But, God allowed it.  I believe He did this because Abraham was already leaving all his family and the country he knew, God just allowed him to hang on to Lot a little while longer.  Lot was like the binky/pacifier or a blanket that you allow your child to keep a little longer because it brings comfort, but it’s not going to be around for too much longer.  God knew Lot had to go at some point even if Abraham didn’t figure that out yet.

I know for myself that there are things that I did when I was 2 years old in the Spirit and the Lord allowed it and didn’t reveal it to me as a problem.  However, by the time I’m 5 years old He made it clear it had to go.  Sometimes it doesn’t even have to be a sin. Not everything that is good is beneficial (1 Corinthians 10:23). He will never overwhelm us and we’re all going through a process; however, one by one when it is time for us to address an issue God will start pointing it out.

Don’t watch the person next to you, even if they are doing the exact same thing and appear to be blessed.  Stay in your lane.  They may get away with it but you are allergic to crustaceans, remember?  It has to do with your calling. Obey God.

Just remember not because you used to get away with things in past seasons means God was good with it.  That was then, this is now.  He’s coming back for a Bride without a spot or a wrinkle so you know at some point you have to address it.

People need to look at us and recognize our Father.  We will all look the same in the Spirit because we will look like HIM.

Blessings

  1. Dear MoP, I am speechless. Yesterday, I was reading Isaiah 30:1-2 and realized that my mom is my Egypt/Pharaoh protection. She recently told me that she serves 20+ gods. She has long been a source of tension between my husband and I (we both are Christians). I was just telling my husband that I don’t know how to honor my parents and love them, how to be in the world and not of the world. I was asking God for wisdom. Today, I searched in your website for “allergy” for a totally different intention, and the only article that came up was this article. This can only be God. I need to cut them off and protect my spirit. My husband also confirms that I need to separate myself from my mom. Now, I am praying for the specific instruction on how to go about it. My mom along with other relatives (non-believers) will be visiting us for 2 weeks in July from out of state. It is not till recently after reading your other articles that I realized that whenever I am interacting with her, I would be interacting with lots of evil spirits. Please pray for wisdom, discernment and protection for my family. Please pray for their salvation, too.
I just want to thank you for obeying God and following Him. All the articles that have been shared have been a blessing to me. On another note, I finally realize how God talks to me through listening to the teaching and your book. 2 Corinthians 13:1b NKJV: “By the mouth of two or three witnesses every word shall be established.” God uses 2 other people along with the Bible to confirm to me what He is trying to say.
    Thank you again!! Blessings.

    1. Hmm. short of words. Deep, real and true. I always appreciate your posts so much. At times, I meditate and later when I come across Ur posts, it’s always like a confirmation or an encouragement as regards words, messages and signs given to me. Jack in the box was awesome. Would love to be a part of your ministry truly. May God continue to bless your ministry with testimonies in Jesus name.

  2. So good, so good.
I love to share your posts with others and I wondered if I could record your message verbally and distribute? Of course I would mention you and your ministry! I just have a bunch of people around me who like spoken words more than reading long texts!

  3. Dearest MoP,

    Thank you for your dedication.
I love the testimony. Thank you for the great works God has you doing.

    Peace. Love and blessings 💞
    Audrey
