This is a one week fast for 2024. The fast begins 5 Days after you sign up.
Here’s how this will work.
- When you sign up you will receive a welcome email, please check your spam folder to be sure you receive all the emails.
- The Fast begins 5 Days after you sign up. This will give you the time you need to gather the items for the fast.
- During the fast, every day you will receive the email for that day which will have a prayer focus and scripture meditation.
- Each day will be different, and the prayer and scriptures need to be done in the order you receive them for greater results. We also give you the opportunity to submit your dreams on the dreams forum for interpretation. God speaks to us so much through dreams and there are times when we need help knowing exactly what He is saying.
- By the end of the fast you should notice:
- Clarity
- A sense of freedom and peace in your mind, body, spirit and soul. It is a complete detox.
- Direction on how to move forward in 2024, not from us but from God since the whole purpose of the fast is to get you more focused on Him.
- And the best past, answered prayers! You will learn some prayer strategies on how to get answers and this will result in massive breakthroughs to your prayers.
- Cost: Being willing and obedient to follow what the Lord will reveal to you during this process. Showing up every day to do the exercise and read the Bible verses. Shutting off the social media, TV and any other outlets that will bring the evening news, fear or distraction into your atmosphere. This one week break from the media will allow you to hear clearly. Other than that, it’s free.

A few things to have on hand to start the fast:
- Your bible (physical & digital copy, if you have it)
- Notebook & pen for journaling
- An audio recording device (most phones have one just be sure you know how to use it)
- Anointing oil
- Communion elements We take communion every day during the fast. The type of fast recommended:
Most people do a Daniel Fast reference Daniel 1:12. You can find more information about this type if fast by clicking here. If you more experienced at doing a Daniel Fast, perhaps consider doing a juice fast.
Please do what is best for you and your health, consult your doctor. If you know you cannot do this, then do your best.

To God all the praise for such a personal blessed intimate spirit filled journey for 7days!I took my beloved brothers and sisters with me cos God confirmed the 7days of Fasting and Prayer through MOP. We met each night untill Saturday evening to pray together and for the whole week we just had a beautiful time with our King. Indeed we had our portion of challenges but we pushed forward and yesterday at our morning service we could really say WE MADE IT!
Personally i had the honor of having Holy Communion each day in private…. Indescribable!!!!Yesterday we end this journey with Holy Communion during the service as a congregation. I truly saw the POWER OF 7DAYS manifested before my eyes… The annointing was just soso heavy even the kids was crying out THANK U JESUS! THANK U LORD! HELP ME LORD! DELIVERANCE TOOK PLACE! BIG TIME. It was unforgettable just a day to be cherished for always. We know that this week was GODS INSTRUCTION… THANK U MOP… God bless all of u. Remain available for His Glory. Shalom.
This fast has truly jump-started my 2019 with clarity and specific instructions from the Lord. This fast was better than going to a retreat, or conference, your relationship with God will be deepened and many things will be released in your life it you follow the instructions!!! May God continue to bless this ministry!!!!
I struggled with finding what the Lord revealed to me through this fast. I was attacked all week–from headaches every day, to a backache, discouragement, weariness. The enemy attacked me hard this week. But I kept going. And today, the Lord gave me puzzle pieces and I started to put them together. I realized that God showed me how these pieces fit together and what His plans are. Tonight in prayer, a big revelation finally came to me after a day of the enemy coming at me. So I praise God for His faithfulness and for His promises to come to pass. This fast helped me even though it felt like at first it didn’t.
thank you so much! this is the first time that i did fasting…and i am so new in all of these…though i believe in God and Jesus as our saviour but i am not so much as a doer or practioner…because of this fast and coming upon your page by accident made me realize how much i needed God in my life and how i have failed so many times in hearing Him…this has been such a blessing for me. truly a wonderful and amazing gift!
This prayer and fasting is confirmation to what I’ve been feeling in my spirit as well as what my own church is doing. I thank God for his love that is urging us as of late to recalibrate/course correct!

The Lord had already told me that I was to fast like “all the time,” as a lifestyle matter. I fast and pray for others once a week, recently did 21 days “Daniel-type” fast to intercede for others. It changed me. This one with MOP was awesome, especially in emphasizing taking communion more often and listening to the mind-blowing worship music. The music made me feel I was closer to being in the presence of Almighty God, and I didn’t want to leave (come back to earth!). I was starting to struggle with remembering my dreams, but by Day 6, I started to remember again. A couple of nights when I awoke and wrote down numbers; these helped to confirm my general calling, which is really the entire church’s calling: Share the Good News and let everyone know that Jesus is coming back! May the Lord richly bless all of you ‘Missionaries of Prayer.’ Thank you!
I forgot to add that my most distressing spiritual affliction has been greatly amended! God has delivered me from almost every infestation. You said to trust God that he would give me wisdom and He led me to a wonderful Christian woman from Nigeria who helped me. Praise Our Eternal Father in Jesus Christ name!

Wow, yesterday’s prompt and prayers were INTENSE and SO worth it! I have been through deliverance before, but never thought I could walk myself through it. I appreciated that I wasn’t just “doing” it to be free, but thought it was just as invaluable to be able to go through God’s Word and the basis as to “why” I need the deliverance and “why” it works. The daily emails have been such a blessing through the fast. I have to admit, fasting is not my strongest spiritual discipline, but this time around I felt much more focused because of the guide. It was my prayer that God would show me the power behind fasting, and I believe that prayer was answered because of how the Holy Spirit ministered to me through your ministry. It was a timely resource and aid that I needed. Thank you for all the free equipping resources you have made available for us to go deeper with the Lord!

Hi, a group of us took part in this fasting and prayer. We’ll for us we did Daniel then towards the end took part in the Esther fast, and there was a lot we learned and got rid of which had been hindering our progress in the things of God and life in general. We are renewed and ready to take on the year. Thank you for the program.
