This is a one week fast for 2024. The fast begins 5 Days after you sign up.
Here’s how this will work.
- When you sign up you will receive a welcome email, please check your spam folder to be sure you receive all the emails.
- The Fast begins 5 Days after you sign up. This will give you the time you need to gather the items for the fast.
- During the fast, every day you will receive the email for that day which will have a prayer focus and scripture meditation.
- Each day will be different, and the prayer and scriptures need to be done in the order you receive them for greater results. We also give you the opportunity to submit your dreams on the dreams forum for interpretation. God speaks to us so much through dreams and there are times when we need help knowing exactly what He is saying.
- By the end of the fast you should notice:
- Clarity
- A sense of freedom and peace in your mind, body, spirit and soul. It is a complete detox.
- Direction on how to move forward in 2024, not from us but from God since the whole purpose of the fast is to get you more focused on Him.
- And the best past, answered prayers! You will learn some prayer strategies on how to get answers and this will result in massive breakthroughs to your prayers.
- Cost: Being willing and obedient to follow what the Lord will reveal to you during this process. Showing up every day to do the exercise and read the Bible verses. Shutting off the social media, TV and any other outlets that will bring the evening news, fear or distraction into your atmosphere. This one week break from the media will allow you to hear clearly. Other than that, it’s free.

A few things to have on hand to start the fast:
- Your bible (physical & digital copy, if you have it)
- Notebook & pen for journaling
- An audio recording device (most phones have one just be sure you know how to use it)
- Anointing oil
- Communion elements We take communion every day during the fast. The type of fast recommended:
Most people do a Daniel Fast reference Daniel 1:12. You can find more information about this type if fast by clicking here. If you more experienced at doing a Daniel Fast, perhaps consider doing a juice fast.
Please do what is best for you and your health, consult your doctor. If you know you cannot do this, then do your best.

- Television
- Radio
- News/Media
Unless you must, please consider shutting it all down for the week.

I don’t know how to express my gratitude to God for what He has used you to do in my life and family. I came to know about your website in 2017 and since then I have never missed an update or the monthly prophetic write-ups. I must say that I am most blessed.
In 2018, I joined in the 7-day beginning of year fast and I was able to see God move in my life. He blessed my business in ways I couldn’t have imagined and also helped me in my academics. That was when I decided I must take part in this year’s fast. And I must say God has started revealing and showing Himself to me and my family as well.
I know that God will continue to keep this ministry growing and also reaching more souls this year and always. God bless you so much.
Thank you for this, I unfortunately did not do the Daniel fast but I did fast social media for a week and for some that may seem like thats nothing but for me and The Lord it was because it had a good on me. This week I have been able to focus so much more, had a dream and deeper words of clarity on some things this week, as well as cutting soul ties. This week if fasting and prayer was the promise of God’s Light breaking through the clouds. Outward symbols of this manifested in our lives in several ways. I happened upon a man who did yard work for hardly any charge and after years of over growth around our home he cleared it away and the result is astounding. Such light, order and hope! I have never done anything like this. I have been blessed and strengthened in the lord. The enemy punched me with weariness but i am not giving up i am going on into week 2 as i wait on the lord. The Lord bless you so much for hearing the voice of the lord and leading us this way.

I THANK GOD FOR THIS MINISTRY! Since being on this fast, my passion & commitment to GOD & HIS KINGDOM have been RENEWED. I received deliverance from bad habits & addictions & my faith levels increased. A group of 8 of us did the fast/prayer. We had a lot of opposition from the enemy but we stood still and stood determined. During Saturday’s liquid diet, we really had to push through but once we read the prayers and decided to stand firm, we had major BREAKTHROUGH! I could literally feel chains falling off and strongholds being brought down. Then I felt like the heavens opened and we started hearing God (again), getting answers to things we’ve been struggling with for months, we felt an overall sense of freedom, plans and strategies started coming down and we were overwhelmed by the presence of God and Holy Spirit. We wanted to say an abundant thank you. Thank You!

I wanted to leave a comment about how the Fast has helped me.
I found a new foundation in my daily routine…Priorities! I have been eating on time, and much more clean, my diet, that is!
I start off with Worship, with the UTube videos on each days list, Communion, Praying and journaling. Then I eat breakfast, and take care of the needs of my body, and shift to responsibilities I have for the day.
I’ve been shutting of the TV, and listening to Worship/soaking music instead.
I admit that I feel worn out/stretched by it, but I’m so happy and Hopeful!!!

Just to say a big thank you to the MOP for giving me the opportunity to partake in this prayer and fasting programme. It was a deep cleansing and recalibrating experience. I’ve learned so much, including all the blessings i received during this process.
