This is a one week fast for 2024. The fast begins 5 Days after you sign up.
Here’s how this will work.
- When you sign up you will receive a welcome email, please check your spam folder to be sure you receive all the emails.
- The Fast begins 5 Days after you sign up. This will give you the time you need to gather the items for the fast.
- During the fast, every day you will receive the email for that day which will have a prayer focus and scripture meditation.
- Each day will be different, and the prayer and scriptures need to be done in the order you receive them for greater results. We also give you the opportunity to submit your dreams on the dreams forum for interpretation. God speaks to us so much through dreams and there are times when we need help knowing exactly what He is saying.
- By the end of the fast you should notice:
- Clarity
- A sense of freedom and peace in your mind, body, spirit and soul. It is a complete detox.
- Direction on how to move forward in 2024, not from us but from God since the whole purpose of the fast is to get you more focused on Him.
- And the best past, answered prayers! You will learn some prayer strategies on how to get answers and this will result in massive breakthroughs to your prayers.
- Cost: Being willing and obedient to follow what the Lord will reveal to you during this process. Showing up every day to do the exercise and read the Bible verses. Shutting off the social media, TV and any other outlets that will bring the evening news, fear or distraction into your atmosphere. This one week break from the media will allow you to hear clearly. Other than that, it’s free.

A few things to have on hand to start the fast:
- Your bible (physical & digital copy, if you have it)
- Notebook & pen for journaling
- An audio recording device (most phones have one just be sure you know how to use it)
- Anointing oil
- Communion elements We take communion every day during the fast. The type of fast recommended:
Most people do a Daniel Fast reference Daniel 1:12. You can find more information about this type if fast by clicking here. If you more experienced at doing a Daniel Fast, perhaps consider doing a juice fast.
Please do what is best for you and your health, consult your doctor. If you know you cannot do this, then do your best.

I enjoyed this fast and was able to press in and grown my relationship with God in new ways. Quite remarkable. He allowed me to see some new dimensions of how he has blessed my children. The 7 day fast for me were an awakening, Enlightenment and sooo much more in which my natural words cannot explain.. There were weapons /SPIRITUAL ETC..left behind in my walk with the Lord that l need for this season/ this day, during the fast God allowed me to go back and gather everything the enemy took from me or caused me to lose or leave behind as l moved forward… these 7 days were truly life changing… l always said to God (God I know there is soooo much more of you) and there will always be sooooi much more of him at the time when we are where we should be with The Lord to receive it and handle all that God has for us… l am really lost for words its all Heavenly, Angelic and spiritual to me , l am speechless in the natural .. Thank you for all your work in creating the fast and material. I found the whole week profoundly rewarding and exactly what I needed to draw closer to Jesus. I had been wondering the wilderness feeling alone and separated from God. This fast and material you provided helped me to put my focus back on Jesus to put him first in my life.

Glory, glory to God our Father. I did made it to the end of the fast, it wasn’t easy BUT GOD showed up and empowered me with wisdom and revelation in managing it true.
I want to same special thank you to the team members and all who helped to make it possible for us to accomplish.
I did ran away with a lot more I came with and my desire is to keep running to God and not to give up but to press in and fight every fight that will come against me in Jesus name.

This was the most fruitful 7 days fasting I’ve ever had. I had so much clarity and focus compared to last year.

1. I am launched to another level or dimension of my walk with the Lord. I know for sure I’m not where I used to be .
2. From Sunday 15- 01-2022 at 05h45 my Pastor who is also my husband, told me that from henceforth I will be serving with the Word at our church. The email of the seventh day had the instruction to be prompt when God speaks, I agreed with the Lord, I believe He is glorified.
There are more testimonies still loading,( the four fruit) and the life without limitations, mentally, emotionally, spiritual and physical.
From being a blue apple to being a blueberry that is huge in size!!!
He is God and His ways are higher than our ways.
We give God All the Glory.

I am truly grateful for this yearly fast.
For some reason, this one for me feels like the most significant so far, perhaps maybe because I have been breaking through barriers for a few months now. I also have been led to continue with the fasts. I pray that God’s will is fulfilled in each of our lives, in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen!!!!
Thank you MOP for leading us on this journey. I am led to continue this fast as so the Lord is speaking loud and clear about the things I am to focus on in 2023. Having the additional support and structure is just what I needed. I will be sharing many testimonies!
There is one thing I believe is missing from the fast and that is an opportunity to give. Giving during a fast is as just important as refraining from food and prayer. Our breakthrough may depend on it. I believe MOP is good ground to sow into. I pray that everyone who joined this will give to support MOP and the food pantry.

6 No, what I want in a fast is this: to liberate those tied down and held back by injustice, to lighten the load of those heavily burdened, to free the oppressed and shatter every type of oppression.
7 A fast for Me involves sharing your food with people who have none, giving those who are homeless a space in your home, Giving clothes to those who need them, and not neglecting your own family.
8 Then, oh then, your light will break out like the warm, golden rays of a rising sun; in an instant, you will be healed. Your rightness will precede and protect you; the glory of the Eternal will follow and defend you.
9 Then when you do call out, “My God, Where are You?” The Eternal One will answer, “I am here, I am here.” If you remove the yoke of oppression from the downtrodden among you, stop accusing others, and do away with mean and inflammatory speech,

The Lord enabled me to pass my social studies praxis. A lot of the information was foreign to me, but I passed! And I feel closer to God. More like His child.
By way of gratitude to God and the MOP Ministry, I leave these comments, testimony. My prayer list looked quite long. But as we progressed the topics hit the bull’s eye and they summarized my prayer thirst. Worshipping God, praying His Covenant Names in the place of prayer & fasting was quite awesome. The dream interpretation resonated absolutely with my situation. The journey to Courts of Heaven was an experience never to be forgotten as it demystified many things I had ever thought about my life since I had to approach God in all my nakedness and honesty through the leadership of the Holy Spirit. I can never thank God enough and your Ministry. Praise God! Blessings.
This fast renewed my personal 1on 1 relationship with the Lord. He spoke to me so much and opened my eyes to things that I prayed for on my list even during the fast. Answered prayer! I was also told by the Holy Spirit to limit certain foods after the fast I was eating before in order to stay healthy and continue to lose weight which is one of the things on the list I prayed for. GOD IS SO GOOD! He made me feel so loved and I was so grateful for this time of prayer, communing, and being still and listening to him minister to me. It was a blessing! Thank you Nicole. God Bless

Just finished my 7 days prayer and fasting. I love it! I stick to veggie food, but most times vegan. The prayers and reading are v good. I like it.
The Fast opened my mind and heart up for learning of who my mighty God is. It helped me to realize where all my power and strength comes from. Definitely will recommend for anyone who struggles with their relationship with God. It teaches to not idol the fast but to give all the praise and glory to Abba Father and Jesus name we pray Amen. And restoring my love of discipline .Learning a lot about Deliverance which is definitely needed in this day in age. Glory be to the kingdom of God and Heaven. Very grateful for this fast. So grateful for my ancestors who believed in the Lord Jesus Christ and scripture and prayed which led me to this Missional fast which brought me closer to God than ever being led by Holy Spirit is a wonderful proof of God’s love for us.
