This is a one week fast for 2024. The fast begins 5 Days after you sign up.
Here’s how this will work.
- When you sign up you will receive a welcome email, please check your spam folder to be sure you receive all the emails.
- The Fast begins 5 Days after you sign up. This will give you the time you need to gather the items for the fast.
- During the fast, every day you will receive the email for that day which will have a prayer focus and scripture meditation.
- Each day will be different, and the prayer and scriptures need to be done in the order you receive them for greater results. We also give you the opportunity to submit your dreams on the dreams forum for interpretation. God speaks to us so much through dreams and there are times when we need help knowing exactly what He is saying.
- By the end of the fast you should notice:
- Clarity
- A sense of freedom and peace in your mind, body, spirit and soul. It is a complete detox.
- Direction on how to move forward in 2024, not from us but from God since the whole purpose of the fast is to get you more focused on Him.
- And the best past, answered prayers! You will learn some prayer strategies on how to get answers and this will result in massive breakthroughs to your prayers.
- Cost: Being willing and obedient to follow what the Lord will reveal to you during this process. Showing up every day to do the exercise and read the Bible verses. Shutting off the social media, TV and any other outlets that will bring the evening news, fear or distraction into your atmosphere. This one week break from the media will allow you to hear clearly. Other than that, it’s free.

A few things to have on hand to start the fast:
- Your bible (physical & digital copy, if you have it)
- Notebook & pen for journaling
- An audio recording device (most phones have one just be sure you know how to use it)
- Anointing oil
- Communion elements We take communion every day during the fast. The type of fast recommended:
Most people do a Daniel Fast reference Daniel 1:12. You can find more information about this type if fast by clicking here. If you more experienced at doing a Daniel Fast, perhaps consider doing a juice fast.
Please do what is best for you and your health, consult your doctor. If you know you cannot do this, then do your best.

Unless you must, please consider shutting it all down for the week.

I praise the LORD for allowing me to join this. Thank you GOD for MOP for anointing the ministry with this kind of spiritual activity. During December 2021, we have power outrage and no internet connection in our place due to a devastation done by the recent storm that came to us. But during these dark days, GOD is already speaking to me in a special way. But Iam not so equipped how to put them all together. When I joined the fast, I have to write down everything sent to me on email so I could go back to it again. Because the internet signal and power is still under rehabilitation then. Praise GOD there was no distraction because we prayed corporately too.
Thank you for the prayer guides and the tips how to organized all the messages together. You mentioned we will do a lot of journalling? I laughed (for joy) because later i realized i was healed of my arthritis
wherein writing many notes will exhaust my shoulder and fingers. I didnt feel any pain anymore. I was healed!

Thank you MOP team for leading us in this fast and sharing with us the Love of God . I didn’t know how long we can keep bitterness and anger and resentment in our hearts even for things that didn’t matter – like whole tribes and the dead .
I have come to know the Lords peace , love and strength in a completely new way .
Thank you so much for the dream interpretation – so I decided to go back through each days lesson and guide the last couple of weeks and God always spoke to me a whole new way about my relationship with Him . I’ve found joy in doing his will and praying for others – but above all I’ve learned that only God can guard my heart through every trial and travail .
The Lord has given me grace to pray without ceasing these last couple of days.

I am so thankful that I signed up to first here. My very first time to embark on a Daniel fast. I have enjoyed my time with God and all the daily devotions you have given us…. I am so pleased that I did this fast. There is nothing more wonderful than to get closer with Daddy. This fast has really helped to focus me on Jesus and how truly wonderful He is and the plans He has for me are good plans with a future and a hope. I am nearly 68 and I am living my best life now. I really look forward to January 2023 when I do the fast again. God bless you.
The way how i feel about this fast ia kike never before. Ive fasted so many times and never done it this way or thing of the things ive done in this one now i feel like all the other times ive just wasted my time n have only been on a diet. This was an amazing experience i feel like no others fast is suitable that a Daniel fast qirh al the treamings. This is one of, if not the best resourceful fasting plan I have ever embarked on. I must confess I probably did not follow up on all the assignments and instructions as I ought to and on a timely manner. But the lessons learned will help put my prayer life in the right direction. This was a life changing fast for my life, I thank God for allowing me to participate in the fast, I was really delivered all around and learnt a lot from Derek Prince’s teaching and prayer on curses and blessings, I searched for the whole sermon which had the prayer of turning curses to blessings it was so powerful and l was released from all curses by faith. Nicole you directed me to this life changing sermon May God Bless you more and keep on using you in a mighty way. And above all this fast took my to another level and really appreciate in Jesus Name Amen

In case my first message did not get through … Kudos to the Missionaries of Prayer for this year’s focus on the fast-and-pray session. Hearing from God ourselves (all the saints) IS our greatest need. And, yes, it takes discipline. I’m also glad that you mentioned the Holy Spirit supernatural skills given to the craftsmen involved in building the Tabernacle and in designing the apparel for the priests. I personally believe the Lord distributes His gifts throughout humanity. The gifts and talents He provides help us to make our way through life. This also explains the Einsteins and inventors. All good gifts come from above. After we are born again, we get really cool Holy Spirit gifts and callings and then, well, as MOP points out – the Seven Spirits of God. Forgot to mention that I received a “quickie” healing after twisting something in my hip area when I picked up a box that was too heavy for me. This was before the fast ended. I took aspirins the first two days, prayed, and today when I woke up all the pain and discomfort were gone. Totally. I expected the pain to drag out for maybe a week or longer. During past year, the Lord healed me of a skin infection. Three years ago, He healed me of arthritis; it never came back! I don’t always get what I ask for, but when it happens – Wow! Do ask Him for help. He is more than willing. All the glory belongs to Him! Psalm 24:10.
Hearing from God ourselves (all the saints) is the most important thing we can learn now and forever. And, yes, it does take discipline. Kudos to MOP for listening to the Holy Spirit’s leading on this. I was glad too that you touched on the supernatural skills that the Lord gave the craftsmen involved in the all the details of the Tabernacle. I personally believe that the Lord distributes such gifts to humans across the globe; hence, your Einsteins, inventors, etc. The Lord gives us gifts and talents to make our way through life. When get born again, we also receive Holy Spirit gifts and other gifts (the Seven Spirits) to grow and help others, and to be witnesses. (The ‘fallen angels’ are given too much credit for modern technology.) The Word says all good things come from above. We need to stop leading defeated lives; the Lord has given us everything we need to be victorious: salvation, His written word, the blood of Jesus, the Name of Jesus, the Holy Spirit, each other. Wow, after reading this post, I am so greatful to God that I will be able to do the fast again next week. I am staying at my Mothers house because one of my oldest brother went to be with the Lord, and ther was so much interruptions that I cried because I was falling at this fast. So, I was praying to God and I said when I return to Puerto Rico this Sunday I will begin my fast in my house by myself. Praise God for His repond to prayer!
I am very grateful to this ministry for providing the guidance through this process. I had not done anything of this magnitude and it was so well thought out with the order in which everything was set out, scriptures, worship music and assignments. By the end, I felt clean and stronger. Staying away from media of all kinds was very helpful. I look foward to incorporating things I’ve learned.
Praise The Lord I had planned on during this fast. But the end of the year I got stuck in elevator which God talked me through that it was more complicated snd dangerous than you think but God. Then I was diagnosed with Covid the last week of the years a few days before the fast I was weak but I actually had another but God moment. I actually still went though the fast and was 95 percent on point . I can’t believe I was able to do the fast in my condition and God moved and kept me the isolation was trying to cause me depression and I couldn’t work lost wages. But,, my God shall supply all your needs according to his riches in Glory .?I dreamed I prayed the communion was a specially intimate and a blessing. I always fail at starting a New year afresh with God but not this time even in my condition I did it. Only God could have done it thank you Godbless you and your families stay on your wall and God shall continue to bless. To God be the Glory amen . Psalm23
Thank you for providing me with the opportunity to participate in this fast. It has helped me get more on track with God and to spend more time with him and in his word. The way the fast was organized, helped me to focus on the Lord.
