This is a one week fast for 2024. The fast begins 5 Days after you sign up.
Here’s how this will work.
- When you sign up you will receive a welcome email, please check your spam folder to be sure you receive all the emails.
- The Fast begins 5 Days after you sign up. This will give you the time you need to gather the items for the fast.
- During the fast, every day you will receive the email for that day which will have a prayer focus and scripture meditation.
- Each day will be different, and the prayer and scriptures need to be done in the order you receive them for greater results. We also give you the opportunity to submit your dreams on the dreams forum for interpretation. God speaks to us so much through dreams and there are times when we need help knowing exactly what He is saying.
- By the end of the fast you should notice:
- Clarity
- A sense of freedom and peace in your mind, body, spirit and soul. It is a complete detox.
- Direction on how to move forward in 2024, not from us but from God since the whole purpose of the fast is to get you more focused on Him.
- And the best past, answered prayers! You will learn some prayer strategies on how to get answers and this will result in massive breakthroughs to your prayers.
- Cost: Being willing and obedient to follow what the Lord will reveal to you during this process. Showing up every day to do the exercise and read the Bible verses. Shutting off the social media, TV and any other outlets that will bring the evening news, fear or distraction into your atmosphere. This one week break from the media will allow you to hear clearly. Other than that, it’s free.

A few things to have on hand to start the fast:
- Your bible (physical & digital copy, if you have it)
- Notebook & pen for journaling
- An audio recording device (most phones have one just be sure you know how to use it)
- Anointing oil
- Communion elements We take communion every day during the fast. The type of fast recommended:
Most people do a Daniel Fast reference Daniel 1:12. You can find more information about this type if fast by clicking here. If you more experienced at doing a Daniel Fast, perhaps consider doing a juice fast.
Please do what is best for you and your health, consult your doctor. If you know you cannot do this, then do your best.

Praise God for this prayer fast and to each person that was instrumental in sharing this gift. Clarity is what I needed and Clarity is exactly what I received during this fast. I’ve always had dreams and and visions but needed to “clear out” some things in order to understand what God was sharing and trusting me with. Every scripture, every prayer, every video and note shared on a daily basis was spot on. I decided to do this fast at the last minute and I’m so very glad that I did. What a wonderful way to start the new year!!!

Simply stated this fast was grace multiplied. MOP, this fast, and being joined with other believers actively seeking Christ and as it says in Hebrews encouraging each other daily so that no one is hardened by sin was an experience of grace. MOP provides discipleship. The tools learned during the fast will continue to be used. Thank you to all who helped prepare and all who participated in the fast and prayed the corporate prayers. The fast showed the church is so much more than a building and Christ shows up when we actively seek Him and worship in Spirit and truth. I became so aware of God’s grace and its work in and through my life and how to receive it in all of it forms and from those whom He put in my life. During the fast, God provided clarity and direction. I pray everyone can experience a corporate fast such as this with discipleship rooted in His Spirit and truth.

This fast has been a great experience for me. It helped me to focus on God and cancel out the “noise and distractions” of the world. It also helped me to really take a look at things I need to work on as I mature in my faith walk and deepen my relationship with God. Well, words cannot express my gratitude to the MoP Ministry. I came across the ministry when looking for a New Year’s fast for 2020.
And the emails you send out are so rich in details – each one of them contains precious and very detailed information, which no doubt required a lot of work. The Bible School has blessed me so much, too.
I haven’t had any visions or dreams yet BUT am hopeful that they will happen!

This is my 2nd fast with MOP. I couldn’t wait to get started & signed up right away once the Jan. 2021 fast was announced.
Last year’s fast was life changing for me. It brought me to God. This was made possible by everyone who prayed, fasted & participated corporately. For that, I say thank you to all of you.
This year was a little different as I’m currently dealing with something very emotional. I wouldn’t have made it through the fast without all of your prayers. Collectively seeking God, offered me a level of support to help get me through this week. I appreciate all of you.

I thank GOD for this fast. I came across MOP a few days just before the fast and I joined in. I was really inspired by the daily messages and activities, the dreams and interpretations, the cleansing and breaking of soul ties, to name just a few. I know that GOD has done great things in my life through this fast. I am grateful for 2020 and excited about what GOD has in store for me in 2021. This time the fast assisted me in understanding what are we talking about exactly when we talk about the Kingdom of God and also how the Lord’s Prayer has been constructed. Also the time I have spent reading the verses shared with understanding and sharing with the members of my family.
I have dreamt more this time than ever before and was able to interpret at least one dream.

This fast was very powerful in my life. I do fast in my prayer life, but doing this corporate fast was truly a blessing for me, and I thank God for it. I needed this. The JOY principle of prayer was an awesome way to help me put my prayer life in better perspective and to show me where I’ve grown and where I still need to grow. Day 6 was LIFE CHANGING. I’m still praying about the dreams and visions. I began to start having visions in prayer and some dreams a few years back, and then I got distracted in my life. I hadn’t had them as much since then, but I desire them again, as I believe great things were really opening up for me in how God wanted to use me. This was also the time I began to speak in tongues, and I just started doing that again last year, so praise God! I hope to get the visions and dreams back as well.
God led me to MOP last year, and I am so grateful. Thank you so much for doing this. This has truly been a blessing.

I could sense the anointing throughout this fasting , the people God has placed behind this ministry are truly anointed, and they had sacrificed a lot of time just to be in God’s presence, hence my encounter throughout this week is one like never.
I can clearly remember joining another ministry because I needed more of God, I need total freedom and so their fasting was scheduled to start on the same date as MOP, something’s took place which caused me to feel a little uncomfortable and I cried from my heart to God for help, it was on the Saturday evening before fasting, I was scrolling through my phone, I cannot remember which website I was on, but I stumbled on the MOP, being drawn to the name I surfed through the details did a little reading and it was confirmed in my spirit to join, and “oh what an experience?” God showed up right on time!
I have learnt so much, I mean a whole lot; even though I have been a Christian for years, some of these teachings were so new; I had heard about all of them on the surface, but the deep revelations given by this ministry wowed me, I was missing out, but praise God for his leading.
I had gotten some visions too, God is really ordering my steps for this 2021 year.
Pray for Jerusalem! (God’s blessings)
Put on your armor daily! (the explanation opened my spiritual eyes)
Pray with JOY! ( how important it is to pray selflessly)
Recognizing monitoring gadgets! ( be careful who you share your story with)
I could just go on and on, but God is good.
The experience was great, I wish it would last longer, but I understand, God’s timing is perfect!
I loved everyday, however Friday and Saturday were very special, for Saturday, God moved in a very special way in my home has I prayed, and I give him the glory for what is coming forth; today I rejoice in my spirit as I await my breakthrough, the root is deeply sank in the soil and God is watering my the plant, today is my first of January, Lord I thank you!

Thank you MOP for including me in this fast. This was my first 7 day fast. It wasn’t as hard as I thought it would. I really didn’t have the appetite to eat till Friday and then I had to press my way. Thank God I made it the cleanse was rewarding and refreshing. I have a new outlook on life. I did a lot of releasing and gaining knowledge. Spending time in the word and praying was so rewarding. I am so glad I did this fast. I will continue follow the principles I have learned.
Waiting on my dream interpretation. I don’t usually dream to pray and ask God was so exiting. I am so thankful.
This fast thoroughly cleansed me from things I didn’t even know I was still harboring with not only people around me but God too. He removed the veil from my eyes and I could see so many things. I am thankful for this fast. It changed my life and I recommend that other Christians do this at least once. I know that moving forward the Lord and I are closer than ever and he has been speaking to me so much. I was able to connect with him on an intimate level and our relationship is stronger. I also let go of my old mindset. I am renewed in Christ and I am free!
Every year I fast for as many as 30 days in January but no fast has been as eye-opening as this. By day two I had a severe migraine, by day five I wanted to give up, let’s not talk about going through day six. Everything that was being taught was so needed, and seeing my mother’s joy and passion restored even as we were going through it (which was on my list) kept me encouraged. That and my 19 yr old son’s constant reminder that “faith without works is dead”. Thank you for your obedience in leading this fast. I pray all of those that participated were blessed as well!
